2026 Annual Free Drill Class at Taber Ranch

Continuing a long tradition of providing over 100 college students and emerging professionals a free day of hands-on learning of geotechnical drilling and subsurface exploration, the Taber Ranch Vineyard and Event Center in Capay Valley, the H. Ray Taber Foundation, Taber Drilling, and the Association of Environmental and Engineering Geologists Sacramento Chapter welcomes engineering and geology students from our regional universities, as well as professionals from the public and private sectors, to the 2025 Annual Free Drill Class on February 27, 2026. This event would not be possible without the invaluable volunteers and volunteer organizations that donate their time and expertise. The generosity of our Drill Seminar corporate sponsors, many who donate year-after-year, directly funds engineering, geology, and agricultural scholarships within our local and regional communities. Thank you to all our volunteers, sponsors, and supporters for coming together once again to give back to the future of our industry and make Drill Seminar a success.
